We work on a wide variety of Motor Vehicle Accident cases. Some cases involve whether sun glare was present in the drivers eyes or not, the weather and road conditions and if it was snowing or raining (and how heavily) at the time of the accident. Was fog present and if so, what was the horizontal surface visibility? Was the driver going to fast for the conditions?
