This Doppler radar image shows that it’s snowing in Central Park (Manhattan) and Newark, New Jersey. But a few miles away in Staten Island and Elizabeth, New Jersey, it's not snowing at all. Many times the snow will start and stop much earlier or later than indicated at the airports. Sometimes the snow will never even reach the location of your accident. We will find out!!

Sample "Slip and Fall on Snow/Ice" Case
Our most common type of case is a slip and fall on snow/ice case. We will determine if melting and refreezing processes occurred, when ice last formed before the incident or if there was a "Storm In Progress". Our clients are often surprised and very pleased with what we find and how we prepare our reports.
Under a very tight time frame, Howard Altschule was able to collect and analyze literally dozens of NWS reports and warnings and offered a qualitative opinion of the storm event, setting it in its proper historical context.
